So Misha had been invited to the premiere of the Great Gatsby at Spier event and, it was a dress up theme. Yesssss.

Now, I don’t need a lot of convincing to wear a bow tie, in fact I need no convincing at all. I know you know this. One of the comments from Misha’ friends when she saw me was “Why didn’t you dress up Serg”…Har Har Har. Either way, what makes it work is the detail (as always) of what you put together and of course I went Gatsby with a twist, as you can tell by the skinny chinos. My ultimate Gatsby on this particular get up was that skinny bow tie, and of course the movember mo didnt hurt.

The night actually turned out to be quite fun, and it’s well worth it if you enjoy a good musical or two. The show was brought form the original in London and they even create a mini speak easy with interactive theatre and all the delicious wine you can drink. You want detail, go here.

The details of the outfit are the following:

Checked blazer from Zara

thin blue ‘Kenneth bow tie’ by Heywood 1922

White button down from H&M

‘Levi’s hank’ pocket square by Heywood 1922

Tan leather belt by Paul Smith

Skinny chinos by Abercrombie & Fitch

Tan wingtips from Zara

Okay. Stay Fancy.
