The trick to layering is all in the textures, you want to use a different one in each layer so that they feel separated, becomes tricky when you introduce pattern layering, but we’ll get in to that at a later stage. I love the ‘air tie’ look here which keeps it more casual, but a shirt with button down collars is super important so that your collars don’t end up going everywhere. By adding a few details like the pocket square to pick up the shoes, it all seemed to come together quite nicely.
