I’ve been wanting to wear this tie for ages now.
So I decided I would.
A little bit of camel to stay with the seasons trend and my newest fun trick of matching laces to…anything else Im wearing and voila. Now, I’m not saying I nailed this one, and Instagram is usually a good indication of what I have or haven’t. But I do love that tie from SKINNYFATTIES and I did get to wear the hell out of it all day.
The details of this outfit are the following:
Black and white button up by Purificacion Garcia
Camel Cardigan from H&M
Blue striped tie by Aigner from SKINNYFATTIES
Platted leather belt from Massimo Dutti
Blue skinny chinos from Zara
Shoes from a boutique in Barcelona
Okay. Stay Fancy.
Great look! Officially my new favourite site.
Wow! Thank you very much Bianca, lemme know if there is anything I could do to make it better or something you might wanna see in the future!
Very keen to see summer looks when the season finally shows its face here in Cape Town!
Hahah! I know, no more hiding behind layers and ties. I’m bound to come out with something….I hope! Gulp!
Much love from Canada! Looking to get some tie bars myself.. But I’m not sure what size/length I should get. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I wear a variety of skinny tie widths if that helps! Thanks.

Hi Andrew
Thanks for the love!
Dont know if you saw my tie bar post here http://whatmyboyfriendwore.com/2012/10/16/the-tie-bar/
The 2 tie bars I bought are different lengths.
The red one is 1inch and the brownish guy is 1.5inches, I find that gives me enough variety in size.
The smaller one is a much more contemporary size and as long as your ties are not SUPER skinny the 1.5 inches generally works perfectly for any regular skinny tie.
Hope that helps
Serg
Oops! I didn’t see that. I guess I should check out alllll of your posts then. Hah. Thanks, Serg!
